Characters

Digital

My experience in drawing digitally is limited. This drawing was to gauge my comfort level. I call this little guy "Shiver", he had to go to the beach with his kids but he hates the cold.

Sketch

A rough sketch I did to create a tough character. "Daemon" is pretty dark and does not take no for an answer.

Digital

On my tablet I did this digital drawing. I call it "Uncle T". I just wanted to depict a T Rex in a way that people won't normally think of when imagining a carnivorous dinosaur.

Perspective

Since early childhood I have been fascinated by the process of crafting things.  I began sewing at 5 years old. By 7, drawing cute characters was my favorite outlet. Casting silicone molds was a passion by 10. Currently, I enjoy cycling through the various art forms seen on this site. Creativity, to me, happens when the spirit moves.

Decorative Art

Squishies

When I was ten years old my uncle introduced me to the process of making things out of silicone. I found that I could make some pretty cute things by casting into molds and adding different pigments for color. Thus I started making different types of "Squishies" with varying  'squishieness'.

Paper

This is a paper Lotus I made using craft paper. It took about two and a half hours to make. It involved a lot of pre cutting and plenty of hot glue.

Mixed Medium

An  Art Class project, it took two months and a lot of steps to make. My teacher had an old hoop skirt so I sowed it into the bottom. The top base is plastic mesh pieces sewn together to serve as boning to keep the shape.  Once the dress was  together, wrapping paper was hot glued to the top to create a pattern. The middle section is tissue paper to give it a tutuish affect. Finally, for the skirt, I glued on flowers made of wrapped tissue paper and napkins.
